FIRECOMMS INKS AGREEMENT WITH REPRETECH TO SIGNIFICANTLY EXPAND SALES IN EASTERN AND NORTHERN EUROPE

Cork, Ireland — December 2, 2008 — Firecomms Ltd., a leading developer of high speed Plastic Optical Fiber (POF) transceivers and Surface Emitting Lasers (VCSELs), has significantly expanded its Northern and Eastern European sales channel through a strategic partnership with Repretech Nordic Oy of Finland. Repretech will leverage its 20 years experience as a manufacturer’s representative of electronic devices to represent Firecomms in the key markets of Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, and Ukraine.
